Shipping within the United States:
The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost. The shipping costs depend on the weight of your package, the destination and the shipping method you choose. Once you add the products to your cart and enter your state and zip code, you will be able to see the shipping quote. We ship with a variety of providers in order to ensure the best value to our customers.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the order was received. An additional email with tracking information will be sent out separately (normally within 2-3 business days but can vary) as soon as the product has left the warehouse. Once processed at the warehouse, orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Exceptions include: after holiday weekends, peak/busy influx of orders, stock outs, or delivery address issues.
Not all items may ship out together due to the fact that we have several warehouses across the United States. We do our best to ship both items in a timely manner however, different warehouses may process them at varying speeds and your order may arrive at different times. If you find you are missing an item, please email email@example.com immediately and we will look into your order for you.
While we make the best effort to ship your orders as soon as we get them, please keep in mind we are a global business occasionally affected by local and cross-border circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00 pm PST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.
*Please note: UPS, FedEx, or any provider that requires a signature upon receipt cannot ship to a PO box. All orders require a signature on delivery.
Shipping to Military Post Offices:
All Military Post Offices (MPOs) have restrictions on items that we can ship using the APO/FPO/DPO system. Billowby, therefore, cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO mailboxes.
Billowby currently ships only within the United States.
